Recognition for Quality and Productivity
Honoris Educational Network has received the Silver Award at the National Productivity and Quality Excellence Awards (NPQEA), under the aegis of the National Productivity and Competitiveness Council (NPCC). The NPQEA is a flagship recognition that underscores significant advances and quality improvements in Mauritius’s business and educational landscapes. The awards are a testament to efforts made by local organisations in strengthening productivity, driving sustainable growth, and amplifying impact in their respective fields. The award highlights Honoris’s role in widening access to education and strengthening business competitiveness, especially for small and medium private enterprises, through advanced digital marketing and focused operational strategies.
Strengthening Access and Competitiveness
The project behind the award centred on clearer digital communication, better use of data, and closer teamwork between marketing and admissions. Speaking after the ceremony, the Managing Director of Honoris Educational Network said: “We are proud of this Silver Award because it recognises very practical work. Our team put in place clear processes, used technology in a smart way, and stayed focused on students. The results show that when all departments pull in the same direction, we can reach more learners and support them better. Many private providers in Mauritius, especially smaller ones, face similar challenges. Our project shows that you don’t always need a large team. You need clarity, consistency and the discipline to follow through on what you start.”

Teamwork and Adaptability
Honoris faced and overcame challenges typical of rapid transformation: resistance to change, data integration hurdles, change management for new technologies, and the perennial challenge of breaking down operational silos. The project required coordinated efforts across marketing, admissions, finance, and leadership—demonstrating the kind of collaboration NPQEA seeks to highlight.
A Model for Mauritius
By winning silver at NPQEA, Honoris Educational Network not only celebrates its success but sets an example for Mauritian institutions aiming to elevate quality and productivity in the digital age. This achievement is a testament to the team’s resilience, the power of innovation, and the promise of a future-ready education sector in Mauritius.
